Your First Adaptive Design Pattern, Adaptive Navigation

One of Advanced UX Patterns in Material Design is also part of Adaptive Design, where the design implementation of the app adapts to the device form. With Adaptive Navigation, the desire is to have the app navigation change in UX-UI form to fit the device form factor.

The only problem is where are the full directions how to use the source code in the adaptive navigation package from the Material IO team in how to fully achieve that adaptive navigation adaptive design pattern? Thus, I am using this article to fully explain how to modify the adaptive navigation source to fully implement an adaptive design adaptive navigation pattern.
