Upcoming In Flutter 2.9, Material Design 3

The first migration steps to Material Design 3 start appearing in Flutter 2.9 stable, with an expected release date of after January 1, 2022. I am going to show you what appears in Flutter 2.9 to support Material Design 3.

Since the introduction of Material Design 2 in 2018 several trends became popular:

Adaptive Navigation to deliver different navigation components to different form factor platforms. Thus, the Google team came up with the revamp of material design with a new color-space and several new things such as adaptive navigation.

And on top, support of dynamic color where the theme of the application adapts to the mobile wallpaper the user has set.
