The Type Anatomy Terms are:

Leg

The portion of the letter that extends downwards, and the arm is the portion of the letters that extends upwards.

Arm

Arm is the portion of the letter that extends upwards as opposed to the leg which extends downward.

Ear

Om lower case letters, it’s the small bit that extends outwards.

Shoulder

The downwards curve found in lower case letters.

Spine

The main double curved stroke of a letter often seen in the S letter.

Tail

The decorative curved descender

The vertical stroke of the letter that extends upwards.
