Installing Pandoc

It is somewhat easier to integrate the tex-latex recipes if you use the same build system as everyone else using Pandoc. That means installing Pandoc in such a way that the Make tool is accessible to use. On both Linux and MacOSX this is not a problem, but there is a trick to it on Microsoft Windows.

On MS Windows, the right way is to install Pandoc and Make both using the Chocolatey package manager:

choco install make

choco install pandoc
