The Ugly

The ugly part is that I do not have any direct app audience, as I do not have mobile apps in the Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, or Google’s Play Store. And to put the bad twist on things; I do not have an audience with the nearest big city startup community, which would be Chicago.

That means that it will take longer to generate money to cover operations. So what I need is a business model within a business model. The smaller core business model will be used to bootstrap the actual Flutter App Studio business model.

The key is to find at the core what is the same with both business models.

The Two Business Models

My revelation is to grab one audience and use the artifacts produced indirectly getting that audience to get my Startup Flutter App Studio audience and customer base.

The key question to ask what do Flutter App Devs and Designers on Medium want to see and consume as medium articles?
