Branding Appbars

Part of the Adaptive Navigation approach to supporting devices with different form-factors is branding the appbar. And unlike the bottom tabbed navigation, it’s present both in the desktop and tablets and mobile versions of the app.

It builds on the previous adaptive navigation cook book recipes of the adaptive navigation solution, and the example code can be found in this repo:
